Wonderful wool! Waste not, want not!

Welcome to a new yarn year, bursting at the seams with fabulous new fibres, patterns and projects! We’ve been busy, working behind the scenes to bring you some gorgeous woolly news for 2025, starting with an exciting new yarn that combines our passion for the planet with our love of British wool.

Wool Revival is a fabulous DK weight yarn, spun from our recycled British wool and nylon.  We don’t want to waste a scrap of the precious fibre that comes through the mill, so we’ve collected up the wool, nylon that is leftover at the end of other spins, reprocessed and spun to create a fabulous yarn that is hardwearing, beautifully soft and machine washable at 30 degrees.

Wool Revival knits and crochets to a standard DK weight, so it’s suitable for all your DK projects, and the colour palette is both practical and delicious! Gentle lilac Thistle, Flint and Sage sit alongside rich Fig, deep Pine and Tarn, with some essential Bark and creamy Natural making this yarn a great choice for every day garments and colourwork too. 

The plump, springy spin gives great stitch definition - ideal for favourite textured knits and crochet, and although soft, it’s hard wearing enough for cosy socks.
